
SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
This is a small business, and I am the sole owner, so I cherish your patience and understanding. Our business days are Mon-Fri 10am-12am. Holidays and weekends are not included. Order processing takes 1-7 business days and are delivered within 1-3 business days. Please expect delays during the holidays or sales and understand that I have no control over packages once USPS receives them. Be sure to keep an eye out on your tracking! I'm not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. All orders are packaged and shipped with extreme love and care and thoroughly sanitized. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and your local post office. You will need to provide proof of damage to both parties.
Shipping is calculated by real time USPS pricing based on the weight of your package. and there is a $8.99 wrong address fee for orders that have to be returned and shipped to the correct address. Please double check before placing your order to confirm that all of your order and shipping info is correct.
