SHIPPING & POLICY

I appreciate every client and customer and its my goal to make sure each of you are satisfied. This is a small business and I am the sole owner so I cherish your patience and understanding. Our Business Days are Mon-Fri and orders receive 1-3 day shipping and are delivered within 1-3 business days. Please expect delays during the holidays and understand that I have no control over packages once usps receives them. Keep an eye out on your tracking! I'm not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. All orders are packaged and shipped with extreme love and care and thoroughly sanitized. 

*$7.99 wrong address fee. Please double check before placing your order to confirm that all of your order and shipping info is correct.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to sanitary reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there are NO EXCHANGES. Please DOUBLE CHECK your cart before placing your order. Please email me for any questions, concerns or possible accommodations.

BOOKING POLICIES

  1.  Nonrefundable $30 booking deposit required upon booking. Deposit goes towards your balance and reserves your slot.

  2.  No Deposit, No Appointment.

  3. Once your Appt has been booked you will receive a confirmation email

  4. MUST have temperature taken at arrival and  wear a mask at your arrival and as needed

  5. If you have a fever you will be asked to reschedule return with a negative covid-19 test. If you're someone who test positive but is no longer contagious, please bring documented proof. This is for everyones safety

  6. Please properly wash, exfoliate and moisturize as well as remove any excess facial/brow hair prior to your appointment. This will help with having a more flawless finish!

  7. If you are driving, it will be off street parking. I'm not responsible for any towed cars from being in the parking lot. PLEASE find OFF STREET parking on federal or armory st.

  8. PLEASE stay off of your phone! I can not work with you on your phone

If you are not happy with something and would like something touched up etc please inform me so i can fix it, it is about you..not my feelings being hurt. I want you to be 200% Happy with your finished look! Critique criticism, especially negative helps me become a better artist and business woman.​​

Cancelation Policy

  1. Please contact us at least 24hrs before your appointment to cancel.

  2.  Booking deposits are nonrefundable.

  3. Booking deposits can be used towards next appointment if rescheduled within 48hrs.​

 

Guest Policy

  1. No guest allowed. No children allowed

  2. 1 person per session for sanitary reasons.

 

Late Fee Policy

  1. $10 late fee for being 10mins or more late.

  2. Appointments are cancelled after 15 mins late.​

  3. Please don't touch lighting or products without my permission

  4. You break it, you replace it /pay for replacement.

  5. There is a cat in my home but never in the home studio while clients are present. Please notify me of any allergies.
